Angela found health and fitness in 2013 when she found herself overweight and constantly ill. She then decided to change her life. Suffering from hyperinsulinemia and walking a fine line to type 2 diabetes, Angela’s doctor warned her that she needed to make a lifestyle change. Angela began with walking than running and later was introduced to cross-training. She changed her nutrition habits and dropped more than 50 lbs. Wanting to give back to others and help others on their fitness journey, Angela attended a Level 1 CrossFit coaching course and started coaching in 2015. Coaching for 5 years, she has a wealth of experience in helping others move safely in group fitness classes and one-on-one personal training sessions. Angela enjoys working out with bodyweight movements, gymnastics, running, and olympic weightlifting. She also enjoys organizing community events to benefit local charities. Angela is certified in CrossFit Level 2, CrossFit Gymnastics, CrossFit Kettlebell, CPR, and first aid and has completed half and full marathons held in the Cayman Islands.
